Building & Grounds Committe
Plans renovations, repairs, and overall maintenance of all parish properties.
Time Commitment: Meets 2nd Saturday of every month for 90 minutes and as needed.

Provides logistical support for parish coffee hour.
Generally 15 minutes to 2 hours. Each month is assigned to a different ministry team.

Assist with the distribution of Holy Communion during mass.
Training includes 1 workshop sponsored by the diocese and a second training at the parish.
Ministers are scheduled to serve at least twice per month. They choose mass dates and times.

Eucharistic Ministers to the Homebound
Delivers Holy Eucharist to homebound parishioners.
Training includes an evening workshop sponsored by the diocese and a second 1 hour training session with the Eucharistic to the Homebound coordinator.
After the training Ministers about 1 hour per week.

Knights of Columbus Council 3600
The Knights of Columbus is the world's largest Catholic fraternal organization. We provide various volunteer opportunities throughout the year that support our parish and community.
Monthly meetings are held in the St. Thomas the Apostle Parish Center on the first Thursday of every month.

Provides advice on matters the pastor has identified and takes the lead in implementing policies and programs that the pastor has initiated or approved.
Prayer Shawl Ministry
This group meets to knit prayer shawls which bring prayerful comfort, warmth, support and love to people who are ill and would benefit from the loving embrace of one of our prayer shawls.
Meets the 1st Wednesday of each month from 10:15-11:45 AM in Parish Center.

Dedicated to promoting education, awareness and engagement opportunities around the Church's teachings on "respect for life."
We do this through prayer, Catholic solidarity, and various activities.
Commitment varies based on activities and involvement (range from 2+ hours per month: Meets the first Thursday of every month at 7:30 pm and Wednesdays at 3 PM for Rosary & Chaplet of Divine Mercy.

To serve the Church and the community as well as to study and implement the social justice teachings of the Catholic Church.

Supports the greeters at each mass by distributing both the parish bulletin and music programs. Conducts the collections during weekend and feast day masses; leads the October count and assists parishioners with seating needs during mass.
