St. Thomas the Apostle Women's Club
Mission Statement
Our mission is to create the opportunities that encourage spirituality, community and friendship for the women of St. Thomas. By feeling valued we are better able to support each other, our loved ones, our parish. By adding value we enhance our presence in the community. Through quality programs we enrich our lives while coming together enjoying each other. "St. Thomas the Apostle Women's Club...the best insurance policy you could ever have."
Membership
St. Thomas the Apostle Women's Club (STAWC) was founded in 1935 and is the oldest organization in our parish. Our members encompass all age groups, young mothers to retired women of wisdom, diverse nationalities and interests. Why should you become a member? Nothing sums up the reason better than the reason Women's Club member Kathy Brown gave at out membership brunch in September. To quote Kathy, "Why? Why not? Social, friendship, good way to meet other parishioners, spiritual benefits, delicious food and FUN!
Don't let another year go by without becoming a member. Simply print out our membership form, fill it out and drop it in the weekly collection basket. The benefits will last a lifetime.
